对研究生导师的评价是当前我国高等教育中一个非常重要但又十分困难的课题。针对目前导师评价中存在的问题,认为评价的内容应以学生的发展为中心,即评价的出发点和归宿点都应该是学生;评价的形式可以尝试开放式述职评审,既可以增加评价的透明度又可以促使导师自我约束、互相学习;评价的结果应该公开,并尝试建立导师综合声誉榜,以激励导师不断自我完善,提高研究生培养质量。 相似文献

运用两阶段斯塔克伯格博弈模型研究EGRL在政府部门管理信息相关者之间的扩散问题。分析了EGRL技术标准的采用对主要职能的机构和大众群体相关者信息共享以及享用的影响。结果表明:当部分利益相关者采用EGRL时,主要相关者获得的信息量以及所享用的利益大;对信息获取者来说,获得信息量大得到利益就大,当得到者信息量较少时享用减少,而采用足够多时享用增加;对未得到者来说,享用变低,信息量变小,总体享用降低。对主要管理者、相关者和大众群体来说,部分采用而不是所有相关者都采用EGRL技术标准才是最佳结果,也就是存在最优的采用数量使得主要人员在EGRL技术扩散中获得最大量信息。 相似文献

In 1985 Falmer Press published my first book, a classroom ethnography entitled Initial Encounters in a Secondary School, which helped establish me as an academic. However, it has long concerned me that the decade-long Victoria Road Lower School Project (as it came to be called) contained two resounding ‘silences’:

Silence 1 concerned the changing autobiographical, authorial ‘selves’ that lay behind it.

Silence 2 concerned the unknown impact ‘Initial Encounters’ had upon Lower School and the subsequent careers of the teachers who had featured in it. To investigate this last year I managed to trace and interview some 60% of the staff (15 in total) who had featured in the original study.

The article included recent anthropological and management research results to construct the working environment in which community engagement take place. It also describes the detail processes and practical methods to direct academic role players who act as community engagement facilitators. The reader will establish a better understanding of the community, its traditions and its culture as a holistic platform for understanding African communities. In 1845 John Lewis Ricardo was among a group who bought the Cooke and Wheatstone British patents for the electric telegraph at a current cost of £10 million. Although many people have examined the history of the telegraph no one seems to have asked the question ‘Why?’ Ricardo was a Member of the Stock Exchange, financier and a leading politician campaigning against monopolies. This paper postulates that his prime objective, while the largest shareholder for the first three and executive Chairman of the Electric Telegraph Company for its first 12 years, was to build a network, obtain and then distribute financial intelligence to its own newsrooms, adjacent to all the Stock Exchanges in Britain. It was not an afterthought as has been widely assumed. Newspapers in the regions took advantage of this new media. When the telegraph companies later formed their own cartel/monopoly, and substantially boosted prices charged to newspapers, Ricardo changed sides and secretly campaigned for their nationalization. 相似文献
